From the director of ‘Twilight’ Catherine Hardwicke, ‘Red Riding Hood’ is the modified retelling of a the well-known story by the Brothers Grimm. The plot tries creatively to tell the story, but it gets tangled into witchcraft nonsense with nauseating magnitude that contains so many flaws that is quite hard to point out what makes this film worse.

Filmed entirely in a studio the film makes you wonder how there isn't enough forest land in America to film on location. Overacting and underacting were requirements for all the actors in this film and it has its privileges, making this film a not very happily ever after. D-
